"Rakhi Bumper" Scheme Details

 

1.        Details of prizes for Winners is as under

2. The scheme is of 20 (Twenty) Lakh tickets in all with A & B series numbering from 0,00,000 to 9,99,999 each .
3. Except the Ist Prize, the draw will be held out of the total scheme and the prizes shall be drawn on the proportionate basis. However  the first prize will be declared out of sold tickets only. 1st category of prize will be drawn from either of series i.e. It can fall either of series A or B series. In case of 2nd to 7th categories of prizes, number drawn would be common to both A & B series.
4. All the prize winning tickets above Rs. 5,000/- should reach the office of the Director, Punjab State Lotteries SCO No. 106, 107 & 108, Batra Building Sector 17-D, Chandigarh – 160017 on the prescribed application form within 30 days from the date of publication of the result in the Punjab State Government Gazette either personally or through a nationalized bank or by registered post or by insured parcel. In case the prize winner’s claim does not reach this Directorate within 30 days the right of the winner to claim the prize amount thereafter shall be extinguished. Prizes upto Rs. 5000/- should be claimed from the sellers or Agents within 30 days from the date of publication of the result in the Punjab State Government Gazettle. T.D.S on prizes /Promoter Prizes will be deducted at source while making payments or adjustment in amount.
5. Agents and sellers are advised to check the correctness of the printing and numbering of the tickets before selling and the buyers should also do the same before purchasing them. The defective tickets should not be sold to the public. The defective ticket should immediately be returned to the issuing authority.
6. Seller’s and Sub-Agents promoter prizes upto Rs. 1000/- should be claimed from the Agent within 30 days from the date of publication of result in the Punjab State Government  Gazettee and promoter prizes above Rs 1000/- should be claimed directly from  Director of Punjab State Lotteries, SCO 106-108, Batra Building, Sector 17-D, Chandigarh within 30 days from date of publication of result in the Punjab State  Government Gazettee. The Agent’s promoter prizes may be claimed/ adjusted from Director, Punjab State Lotteries  Chandigarh directly. T.D.S will be deducted at source while making their adjustment in their A/c or Payments.
7. Income tax on prizes wherever applicable shall be deducted at source irrespective of the fact whether the prize goes to the winner, agents or sellers.
8. A ticket which is forged, torn out, mutilated or tampered with shall not be entertained.
9. Prize winning tickets holders abroad will be paid in Indian currency.
10. The legal jurisdiction of this lottery shall be only at Chandigarh.
11. Each ticket will be entitled to only one prize viz; the highest prize drawn against it.
12. In case of any dispute the decision of the Director, Punjab State Lotteries shall be final and binding.
13. Check the result with Punjab State Government Gazette Notification.
14. Government reserves the right to change the date of draw.
