No. S.O. 16/P.A.18/2005/S.4/2008. – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Punjab Tax on Lotteries Act, 2005 (Punjab Act No. 18 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him to this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment with immediate effect, in the Schedule appended to the said Act, namely:-

In the said Schedule, against serial No.1, under column 3, for the existing figures “50,000”, the figures “75,000” shall be substituted.
