The draws of these two digit Weekly Lottery Schemes have been suspended on account of notification of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules 2010 with effect from 5.4.2010

The Department has introduced a new monthly lottery scheme from February, 2011 having MRP of Rs.30/- and the first prize is of Rs.30 Lacs which is guaranteed to be given to the public. Earlier, the MRP of the monthly lottery ticket was Rs.50/- and the first prize was of Rs.50 Lacs.

Besides weekly and monthly lotteries, the Department has been running Bumper Lotteries since 1992. Presently four Bumper draws are being organized in a year, namely

The bumper lotteries of the Punjab Government are very popular. The MRP of tickets of bumper lotteries is Rs.100 per ticket. The first prize for the Bumper lotteries is of Rs.2.00 crore (two prizes of Rs. 1 crore each) which is guaranteed to be given to the public.
